Tests of ceramic composite films with active nanoinclusions

JSC “Jizakplastmassa” is working on the introduction of an innovative technology for the production of ceramic composite films with active nanoinclusions, which is used to stabilize and increase the temperature in hotbed and greenhouses by converting solar energy.

Tests provided in the Ferghana, Jizzakh and Tashkent regions showed that energy consumption (natural gas, coal, electricity) is reduced to 60%, the yield of cultivated crops increases to 30% -50%.

Field tests in greenhouses showed that composite films containing functional ceramics provide positive temperatures of +3 ÷ +5 0С at night, with a negative ambient temperature of –7 ÷ –10 0С without additional heating.
